Over the next five weels our students will gain the understnding, skills and confidence to construct their own solos for this iconic track.
We’ll teach using keyboards and mono analogue sythsesisers, but the skills learn can be easily trasfered to any mono instument. (By mono we mean an an instrument that is mostly used to play one note at a time, (unlike say a piano which can play complicated chords.}
From week 6 stundents are welcome to bring in their own insrumensts and we’ll help than adapt their skills.
By the end of the couse the students will have learnt enough to join our monthly Saturday lunch time jass jam sessions.
